PEAK MENTAL PERFORMANCE SEMINAR
is coming to Winterhurst!
Mike "Romo" Romanella, CWC is a sports psychology professional who works with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns, collegiate sports teams, and beyond in close partnership with the Cleveland Clinic. He has designed a seminar to help WFSC skaters and coaches strengthen their mental game-- whether that be by building confidence, managing nerves, or staying focused in training and competition

• First Seminar: Tues, February 4 at 6pm
• Location: Upstairs above the Lobby
• Open to: Skaters of all disciplines
