FREESTYLE SCHEDULE
Freestyle sessions are available to WFSC members and out of club skaters.
Rink ice is purchased through Lakewood Community Ice.

All rink ice purchases are paid in person at the front desk.
The cost is $18 per hour or $10 per half hour.
WFSC ice purchases can be made online or in person with the ice monitors.
Ice is sold in sessions. Each session is 30 mins
Walk-on ice for WFSC members is $16 an hour or $8 per half hour.
Walk-on for non-WFSC members is $20 per hour or $10 per half hour.
Thursday Morning Ice (Nov 13, 20 & Dec 4, 11, 18):
Ice rink will be open at 5:45 AM for skaters.
Ice will purchased at the front desk - $18 an hour or $10 per half hour
Hockey lessons done by figure skating coaches are allowed. No pucks or sticks are allowed.

WFSC Holiday Skating Exhibition 2025
Join us on Sunday, December 14, 2025 from 3:00–5:00 PM on Rink 2 for an afternoon of performances, community, and holiday fun! ⛸️✨
This year’s show is open to Home Club members, Associate members, and Winterhurst Learn to Skate skaters. LTS coaches—if your class wants to perform a group number, we’d love to have you join the fun!
🎄 Registration opens Monday, November 3rd!
Sign-up sheets will be with the ice monitors.
Deadline to sign up is Thursday, December 4th.
🎶 Skaters may choose their own music (Holiday music encouraged!) and will receive instructions on where to send digital files. Music is first come, first served to avoid duplicates.
💸 Cost: $20 per number (group numbers can split the fee).
🎟 Admission: FREE! Bring your family, friends, teachers, and neighbors—seating is limited on Rink 2.

Strength & Flexibility Classes with Wendy:
Thursdays- 5:50-6:35pm

Cost:
Pre-registration: $13
Walk-On: $15
The off-ice conditioning class includes education in body
awareness, emphasis on core strengthening/stabilization, flexibility, balance and
skating specific skills to assist with on-ice progression and injury prevention.
Participants will also learn warm-up and cool- down strategies, all in a fun and
supportive environment. Wendy is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your
training team.
Please bring to class a mat or towel for floor work, a pair of dumb bells (2-5 lbs usually), athletic shoes and water.


Off-Ice Adult Classes

For Moms, Dads, coaches, LTS coaches and skaters older than 15 years. Wendy Brewer Burns is offering a class to address flexibility, core and functional strength.
For each class please wear comfortable clothes, that you can move in, and sneakers.
Bring: mat, pair of dumb bells, water bottle
